Establishment/participation in special purpose vehicle SPVs for the deployment of Natural Gas Terminals, Tank Farms and related logistics (Rail and Trucking). Two such projects are currently being discussed with competent partnership from both Nigeria and Republic of south Africa under the Presidential Bi-National Commission between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of South Africa .
