Port
Both the ports of Baro and potentially that of Lokoja are under our financial partners projected development plan to be co-designed with COEGA of South Africa and the consortium of Nigerian businesses being led by THE CORPENHEGAN and the 1-17 Capital to ensure transportation of goods, services and passengers via inland water ways from the Northern part of Nigeria to the Atlantic coast. This will create an inter-modal transportation system across the country and restore Lokoja as a hinter land shipping and maritime security hub link to Baro Port in Niger State.
Rail
The CORPENHAGEN and its partners form the UK, US, and the Republic of South Africa are committed to completing some commercially viable Rail linkages in the country especially the Itakpe to Abuja and onto Kaduna Standard Gauge. The intention is to service the export sector of the economy for the movement of heavy goods from the Hinterland to the ports of Lagos and Port Harcourt in addition to the Cargo Trains to central lines when achieved will convey steel making raw materials steel products and other solid menirals to and from Industires in Kano, Kaduna, Abuja, Ajaokuta, Itakpe, Alaga to the port of warri and burutu in Delta State.
This will complement the proposed east to west rail way lines and the west african costal highway under the Africa Development Bank.
